How to Raise a
Complaint
If you receive a product that is damaged,
defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us on WhatsApp
within 48 hours of delivery.
Make sure to include your invoice when raising the request.
Non-Return / Non-Refund Items
As our products are shipped from abroad, returns or
exchanges are not accepted if:
- You change your mind
- You do not like the smell, texture, colour,
design, or size
- The product is as described but not to your
personal preference
Valid Reasons for Return
A return request will be accepted only if:
- The product is damaged or broken
- The product is defective (not working
properly)
- The product is incomplete (missing
items or accessories)
- You received the wrong product, size,
colour, or expired item
- The product does not match the
description or image shown on our website
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and
in original condition
- All original tags, manuals, warranty
cards, accessories, freebies, and invoice must be included
- The product must be returned in the original
and undamaged packaging
- Do not attach tape or stickers directly to
the manufacturer’s box
If these conditions are not met, NeedsETC reserves
the right to reject the return request.
Refund Timeline
After your complaint is reviewed and approved, the refund
will be processed within 7-10 working days.
